1. Service Model (Critical Confirmation: One-Time Sale Only)
All services listed on this website are strictly ONE-TIME PURCHASES / ONE-TIME SERVICE DELIVERIES.
NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO RECURRING FEES, NO AUTOMATIC BILLING will ever be charged to the client. Every graphic design and creative consulting project is a standalone, single transaction. No ongoing monthly/annual service rights, memberships, or continuous service obligations are included.
This one-time sale rule applies to all service categories, including but not limited to: brand identity design, logo design, VI system design, packaging & label design, print layout, poster & banner design, social media graphics, e-commerce listing graphics, website banner design, signage & store visual design, infographic design, presentation visual design, commercial illustration, and graphic design creative consulting.
2. Service Scope & Order Confirmation
Our services cover professional graphic design production and visual creative consulting under NAICS 541430. Each one-time order includes only the deliverables explicitly stated in the corresponding product description at the time of purchase.
Clients shall confirm all design requirements, sizes, formats, usage scenarios, and brand specifications before order submission and payment. Verbal or informal additional demands that exceed the original product scope are not included in the one-time service fee and will require a separate paid order.
3. Payment & Transaction Rules
All service fees are one-time flat fees for the confirmed single project deliverables. Once payment is completed, the transaction is officially confirmed and locked.
No recurring charges, hidden fees, automatic renewals, or periodic billing will be generated by our system or our company. Any subsequent modification, supplementary design, extended consultation, or additional file output requires a new independent one-time purchase.
4. Delivery Standards

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Since all services are customized one-time creative design & consulting services with personalized labor costs:
- Before work initiation: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund
- After design work starts / draft delivery: No full refund is available, as creative labor and time costs have been consumed
- Completed orders with final file delivery: Final sale, no refund
All refund judgments are subject to official email communication records and order service records.
